Hey, maybe Darren Baker isn't quite the hitter his old man was.

Can they stop swinging at pitches in the dirt?

Marlins walkoff coming up.

This probably won't help, but I went to a Marlins home game last month and I was wondering the same.

Trying to reinjure Law.

I can sort of see the move to Baker even though it didn't work. Lefty contact hitter has an edge overChappy, and if it doesn't work, he at 2d next inning should it get that far

Typical nats this season - suck so bad in extras, well most of the season

You’re talking about the Nats and extra innings. I want to look up home many games they’ve lost in the 10th inning this year and I bet, even with the free runner, they’ve failed to score in most of them.

Could be worse. The Orioles just lost 8-1 to the White Sox.

Kolko's voice breaks like he's stuck in puberty, Davey sucks an egg and this team is terrible to watch.

So the Nats are 5-10 in extras this year. No other team in either league has more than eight losses.

Yeah, don't see Kolko as the long term replacement for Carpenter, although between MASN and the Nats spending on these things might be a wish

I've got the benefit of West Coast time, but actually planning on having a life tomorrow night instead of watching two out-of-it teams jockey for the draft lottery

You read my mind - I was just thinking about this tonight. Kolko is good as the pregame/postgame host but I really hope they find someone else to replace Bob.

Will Bob be back next season?

Tena's got an ok bat, but this team can't afford the bad D.  Really not a place for him with Yepez and Chappy playing 1B and DH.

Indeed, I was thinking the same...
