Quick inning for Gonzalez. Darnell Coles in midseason form

I don't hate Robles starting against LHP.

We've had worse players than Vargas on opening day.

Gallo sitting is a plus.

A Gallo-less lineup is still a bit of an improvement.

This isn't MAT's first time back, is it? Nice welcome from the crowd.

Frandsen is so good. Time for Bob to retire, but that “Mikey is bald!” moment is a reminder he should survive into a post-MASN world.

How delayed is the MASN broadcast? Seems at least 30 seconds behind MLB Gameday.

This is the first time I've watched the Nats on TV in three seasons. I barely remember him, but so far so good.

I mean, they aren't Charlie and Dave, but...  :D

Except when he's missing the strike zone.

Call up House and Wood.  No reason to see Vargas or Robles anymore

C&D havent, but the Nats have a policy to not discuss injuries until after the game

He trained with Frantzke on Phillies radio.

Ok. I will say it. Gore is the new Gio. The good news is Gio was actually ok.  Except for the playoffs.  Just frustrating to watch him nibble.

I’ve got the tv feed on with C&D audio. Bliss even with them losing.
