Don’t forget Jason Kelce. And Carson Wentz is the backup so that will get all kinds of special human interest features.

Nobody knows/cares who Carson Wentz is...and Jason Kelce is just another Paris Hilton...he's famous but nobody knows why he's famous...

Andy Reid was destined for greatness ever since his PP&K competition...

He was a big kid for sure.

I know deep down you love Jason Kelce.

I'd like the NFL to get tough on personal fouls...

First one get's a yellow card that carries over to the next game...second one get's a red card, ejection and suspension for a game...without pay.

That might stop some of this asinine behavior...maybe not...not too many PhD's in the NFL.

Enable player appeals for ghost penalties like the ones that are always called when you play the Chiefs...

Cook's dive for the end zone on the go ahead score was awesome.

Defence wins championships. Chiefs make NFL history as the first defending champions to reach three consecutive Superbowls. For me, the game came down to QB composure - Allen looked unsettled and edgy for the whole game, whilst Mahomes looked in full control of both himself and his surroundings. Just the right time for the Chiefs to be playing their best football of the season.

Better for the Chiefs that they will be playing the Iggles - had it been the Commies, then most of the pre-game narrative would have been about the valiant underdogs, so many neutrals would be rooting for them. Now  it will be about the historic 'three-peat', so many neutrals will  now want the Chiefs to go on and achieve it. (WNFF excepted, of course...  :D   ;) )

Eagles played nearly a perfect game yesterday on both sides of the ball. They'll have to be perfect again to beat KC.

My pick: KC 26-22

I don’t think they played a perfect game. Better team will win.

Eagles 30
Chiefs. 14

Unless Jurgens and Dickerson are both out.

Yawn.  I thought I was going to be in Japan and sold my tickets to the pre-SB Caps/Utah matinee.  Now I'll just have to watch hockey at the local boozer and see if I can stay upright for the chili cookoff.

Congrats Natsy.  See ya in two weeks. We’re taking the Chiefs down this time.

And congrats to you too, PWC. Ask the 49'ers about playing the Chiefs twice in the SB...

I would expect each team to play to its strengths - so lots of the ground game, from the Iggles, for Barkley (and to keep the Chiefs defence away from Hurts - he's good, but he's no Mahomes), whilst the Chiefs will want to keep Mahomes on the field, so that he can do what Mahomes does - and there's the defence, of course...The signs are there for a good, competitive game - so it'll probably be a blow-out (for either side) or a field-goal fest.  :D . Pressure advantage is with the Iggles - they're there to win an SB, but the Chiefs stand on the cusp of NFL history. It will be interesting to see how the Chiefs react - whilst it shall cause some to raise their game, will it cause others to wobble?...

The main issue is - have the Iggles learned not to give the ball back, to Mahomes, with a minute still left on the clock?... ;)
