lance lynn may be on the move as well (acquired in the Dane Dunning trade). Looks like another round of "who won the Eaton trade?" discussion upcoming.

Max wants to know what the Mets plan. He's unhappy, and he has a big contract, but the Mets not be able to trade him unless they pay most of his $43 million salary for next season. He cannot force much, and he sure cannot force another team to pay that much.

A source confirmed the NY Post report that Max Scherzer threw a chair last night in a postgame meeting with #Mets brass about the direction of the team, then dismissed Eppler from the room to go find another "[expletive] closer." (Via @martinonyc)

I watched the snippet from Max's interview. That's not his happy face.

Poor Max. They held a gun to his head and forced him to sign with the Mets for hardly any $.

I guess those four home runs he gave up to the Padres in that wild card game last year are really eating at him.

Going to be fun next year to watch max make $43 million with a 5.00 ERA. I’m sure Mets fans will cheer him on.

I get the impression that Max is struggling with the reality that age is finally catching up with him. He's also voiced his displeasure with some of the rule changes, too.

Erick Fedde continues to be one of the top pitchers in Korea. The 30-year-old former Washington Nationals hurler is 14-2 with a 1.74 over 17 starts with the NC Dinos. He tossed seven scoreless innings in his most recent outing for the KBO club.
