This is like watching a scrimmage. Nobody is trying.
You obviously do not watch the G League. Turn on the FredNats. Green is due up.  Looks like Wood should have started the season there also.

Orlando and Indiana in close battles. Need them to lose also to tie. Not sure if they do tiebreakers in the lottery or just divide the ping pong balls.

So we lost and Indiana won. End up tied with them for 7th worst record. I am sure Tommy will make another outstanding pick.

Zach Edey. Projected as a round two pick, but a center unable to play the modern game seems the most Wizards pick possible

I guess he has time now that his team couldn't even place in the top 2/3rds of the conference.

Yeah, and dinwiddie has been lights out for the last few weeks.

here's the back story:
https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10072160-kyle-kuzma-calls-out-delusional-spencer-dinwiddie-for-disparaging-comments-on-video

Quote
"In D.C. if you've got three max dudes—Porzingis, Brad and Kuz—how [do] you miss the playoffs? None of these things make sense, unless your priorities aren't in order," Dinwiddie said.

he's not wrong

Well none of them are real max dudes. Tommy gave Dinwiddie a big contract so he should know that.

Had to look it up.  Dinwiddie is shooting 40% with the Nets.  29% for three point attempts.  For $17 million a year.  This is the classic pot calling the kettle black comments.

Oh the tension. Tommy hoping for fewer ping pong balls.  Less pressure.

so the impact of losing the flip is that we drop 0.1% in our chance of getting into the top four. And, if we don't move up, we draft 8th instead of 7th.

CBS has the Wizards picking Carson Wallace, PG from Kentucky. Other mocks have us getting Ausar Thompson who is basically another Rui/Deni type player.I'd still like to see the Wizards get Anthony Black if he's available.

Did they try offering the coin a supermax?

If they stay 7th or 8th would go for Cam Whitmore.  Wing with good athleticism and shooting.

Coin told Ted winning was more important than the money.

So reading more about this about 28 percent chance to move into the top 4. 64 percent for 8th or 9th. And the rest for 10th or 11.

Tommy should trade the pick before the lottery - he must be terrified of whiffing on a top 4 pick

Tommy fires. Apparently Unseld will stay on but seems he will be a lame duck. Hope Ted finds a better consultant this time to find a real GM.

They need to hire a GM who will let Kuzma and Porzingis go so they can start over. But Ted will not hire anyone like that.
