Here we are rooting for a random constantly changing collection of strangers, playing for the highest bidder, yet sneering at childish behavior.

Wanna give the letter after F another go?

There are 26 letters to keep track of. That's 25 too many things to keep track of.

If you go back 5 or so years ago, there was a member Deeznats who used to post about a fresh breeze blowing when he sensed a burst of momentum or something.

Well, leaving the park, I saw a guy with a Deeznats tee shirt

I think it's certainly possible the Mets could end up worse than us, especially with deGrom out until September.  I'm not sure that wins us the division.   But it could end up a battle of the least worst team and we've still got a chip and a chair at the table.

My guess is that they have more of a connection than ever with fans thanks to Twitter and Instagram and the like. Players grievances are being aired out more than ever before, and more and more fans are giving the stink eye and yelling at the ultra rich owners.

That computes...thanks...

I saw him, guessing, driving a Volkswagon in the Fashionable West End of Henrico County one evening after we had won the WS.  Had vanity plates...I think they read DZ Natz...or something like that.

He was headed to a Chinese buffet...

kind of disturbing how our record is slipping back into '06 - '07 range.   I think that, with the draft picks we "earned," we took Ross Detweiler and Aaron Crowe.

Zim was in the 05 draft, based on the 04 expos record, then Marrero (?) in 06, then Detweiler, then Crowe?  Sras I think was the 09 draft based on the 08 record.
