Turner 15 of 18 in SBs. Doesn’t run enough.

FP would have been much more enthusiastic this inning

One loud guy in the booth is enough. Maxwell is quiet and funny.

No. He would have been condescending to any fans who doubted the Nats.

I don't think you could have scripted Parra's appearance better. Father's Day, so lots of families in the Park. McCann makes a mound visit which allows the walk-up music to keep going and the crowd to get into it more. And then the double.

Agree.  Only an HR instead of the double would have been

I don’t get the dislike. It’s playful, joyful and apparently motivates the team. What’s not to like?

Why the F*** do you not leave Schwarber in to try to get the 4th home run.

Haven't worked it out, but how does pitcher substitution factor in?

There might be something else going on that says let Kyle rest

Yes. They switched spots.

Not what the analytics guys say.

I don’t get it. If the breakeven point is about 74% and his is 83.3%, why not run more?

Mets are first place in the NL East.

Finish this for a 3 for 4 series win and that is a heck of a week
If Scherzer comes back healthy on Tuesday, Rizzo needs to do something

Kolko's point echoed by Carp about Rainey looking right finally is a good one.  consistent 98.

There's nothing in the system that will be worth more than a fourth OF or back of the rotation starter.

Our path to improving is Soto getting hot for a month or Bell picking up when Schwarber inevitably cools.

What a difference a hot streak makes. (I still think they should sell. This isn't sustainable.)

Disagree. We have enough to get a rental.

Had the division not been crap, you'd be right. But this team is a Kris Bryant/Marcus Seimen away from being in top of the division
