6 innings tonight. 4 earned runs off 10 hits and 2 walks. 12 Ks though.Funny that 9 of the 10 hits were singles so maybe some bad luck in there.

Am I crazy or did I read a post somewhere the Nationals liked Cavalli so much at the alternate site that they were considering him for the postseason roster had they made a late run?I remember rolling my eyes when I read it, but looks like Cavalli may be a serious player in our Farm System.
I read the same thing but didnt take much stock in it. The same things were said about Seth Romero.I dont see any reason to rush Cavelli at this point. He's never thrown over 61 innings. We should let him take his time tgis season and next.
Give him three more starts to get to 50 innings then send him up to AA
that's probably the plan. I'd guess he's going to throw around 100 innings in total this year.
Threw 7 hitless innings with 15 K / 2 BB today. Becoming a stud prospect.
Moved to AA
Just hold him, and the pitchers, in Wilmington until I get down to see and game and can to visit the matchless Claymont Sub Shop!
