Look, I'll give you that Michigan fans expect too much some times. But almost all college football fanbases are delusional. At least Michigan and ND have won championships in our lifetimes to justify that delusion. Look at any SEC fan base other than Vanderbilt for instance.

Nah.  That is Rizzo's version of doing the dance to say the right things and make it look like we want him back, but in reality we are not going to get into a bidding war.

Depends on the fan. For me it was when he came into this season trying to hit 60 home runs, and refusing to change his approach despite his struggles and recommendations from the coaching staff.

Maybe cancer is too strong. But it doesnt seem like hes as interested in helping a team win as much as he is about his own personal accolades and stats

Not a cancer, but he likes to armchair GM and be vocal about it. If he hit this year like 2015 and made the JTR comments, it would be more excusable. This year he was pretty meh when he said those comments. Honestly, he should get paid but the Nats shouldn't be the ones to do it. There are to many holes to fill and that money is better used to fill those holes.

I think Bryce may be finding out that the market for him is not as high as he thought/hoped it would be. Machado may be in the same boat, for different reasons. We'll see.
