Is there still rain at the park?

It’s pretty much stopped now.

Someone pointed out that the field event for SPHs is tomorrow afternoon so that would make it tough to play two tomorrow.

Wow, can't believe MLB waited so long to postpone the game.  I wonder if they will reschedule the SPH appreciation event scheduled for Saturday afternoon or if we will just go unappreciated this year.  :?

So they played what, two innings and now my tickets are worthless?? Bullcrap.  If there is a way to screw the fans, the Nats will find a way.

I was thinking the same thing. What a waste of TIME and MONEY for only two innings.

Thoughts and prayers to all.

You can exchange for any other game.  You can exchange for today and see two games. Didn’t MLB make the decisions?

You can exchange for any other game after Saturday.

Do you have to do that in person?

I don’t know.

"Single game ticket holders, who purchased through nationals.com, choosing to use their rain check ticket for a different 2018 regular season game must bring their ticket from the cancelled game to the Nationals Park Box Office for processing."

What a pain in the ass.

I can’t see where it’s that big an issue. If you want to exchange for this weekend you are already going to the stadium. Only seven games left after against the Mets and Marlins. Just show up at the game and exchange. They will not be sellouts.

Just bring the old ticket to the game you want to exchange, trade the tickets in and walk right into the game. No need to make a separate trip. The remaining games after this series with the Cubs aren’t gonna sell out, and the games today/tomorrow are already down to minimal selection so you weren’t gonna get those anyway.

I exchanged at the ticket window last night, took all of 4 minutes.

no, you can exchange them for another game this year.  that most likely means mets or marlins, so in a sense, maybe they are worthless.

Doolittle was an interim player rep last night and explained what happened: Because both teams had played the max number of split doubleheaders allowed by CBA, they had to consent to another.

I’m in Arlington on the way to the game and it’s pouring like crazy. Of course weather.com radar shows absolutely no rain overhead. LOL
