I disagree. Rendon was on that pitch. I had no problem with him swinging at a pitch he he liked.

Yep.   It would be a loser attitude to hope to walk a couple more guys after Rendon  I'd bet on a positive result with Rendon swinging at a 3-0 fastball against any other hitter on our team at any count.

Losing one run games isn't more sustainable than winning one run games.

Soto took an absolute crap route to that ball. When camera switches to Soto, hes running in, then takes two steps over before moving back. Scherzer shouldn't have grooved a fastball, but if Eaton or Taylor are playing LF, that's a fly ball

Best hitter on the team. Would rather he swing than take a walk.  In that situation you gotta figure it will be a fastball over the plate. I had no issue with Rendon swinging there.
