At least Kieboom is decent at framing pitches. Severino is what > .170 now?

Severino batting .168.
Sandy Leon, former Nationals catcher, is batting .257 for the Red Sox.

We could trade Scherzer and a prospect for Leon.

FP talks as if the longer the homer the more runs that count.

It’s true, just ask Hondo.  ;)

For as great as he is, Rendon doesn’t seem to hit em when it counts.

You should have said that before he batted. Reverse jinx.

Yep. Roy Sievers, 1957. Led the AL in home runs and RBI's, hit .301. We cheered for every homer. Much later, I noticed that the Nats were 55 - 99, finishing last. This team is supposed to win games, though.

Nationals Park has been sublet to Boston.

It's too bad that a 2-run deficit is impossible to overcome.

Max really fought back. Dumbass dave should have removed him before 5 since he gave up 3.
