Kinda weird, didn't everyone think Kyle was pining for Kirk and would scoop him up in the offseason?

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/10/30/report-49ers-trade-for-jimmy-garoppolo/
So, BB has gotten rid of Jacoby Brisket and the Jimmy G show in a matter of a couple of months?  No heirs for Tommy.  reports are the 49ers released Hoyer, so you could see him being brought back.

yea, I've got to think BB's thinking if Tom goes down there's no way the team could survived even with Jimmy G, maybe he'll flip the pick for some defensive help with Hightower being out now?

The Patriots are a sack away from having to call up Luke McCown and asking him to quit his job at Auto Zone.

OK...Kaepernick's attorney says his client will be signed by an NFL club within 10 days (http://www.yahoo.com/sports/colin-kaepernick-apos-attorney-kaepernick-180229912.html).

...so how many think he will be under wraps by Veterans/Remembrance Day, which is 10 Days from now?

I still insist that Kaepernick will not be signed by an NFL club for the same reason no MLB club will invite Donald Trump to throw out the first pitch...in both cases we have divisive, polarising personalities, and stadium/ballpark managements don't want the sideshow and the potential trouble from demonstrators (both pro- and anti).

The Nats invited Donald Trump to throw out Opening day first pitch.

with no backup, you do wonder if Kraft/ BB will tweak their buddy and bring in Kaepernick, especially if they don't land Hoyer.  CK's skills don't align with the offense in New England, but he is still probably a better QB than Hoyer.

Would Kap be willing to take a backup QB role with a coach like Bellicheat?

if the position is offered, then he has to, pretty much, or he loses his conspiracy case.  frankly, it would not surprise me if the NFL kind of pushes Kraft to bring him in at least for a try out.  They can maybe then say, "his skills aren't NFL caliber at this point" and it helps in the suit.

He's probably on the list for the Redskins when Cousins gets hired elsewhere next year.

lol, you know what, I want to see that. I want to see the total irony of Mr. SJW himself on the most racist, derogatory team in sports. The clown show would reach epic levels.

Is it not? Is there another team that holds that title?

According to you, not too long ago when you were arguing against a name change, you claimed that the name wasn't a slur, was meant to honor Native Americans, etc.

I'm starting to think you just have a disorder of the mind.  Early onset Alzheimer's is a distinct possibility.

It's 2017 bro. New world order. Calling someone an empty barrel is now considered racist. Times change. Gotta change with em.

Also, I'm pretty sure that most of America would consider the name derogatory. Again, the height of irony if they signed Kap.

I think that's just as ironic as him signing with the Redskins.

Bob McNair: "I don't think these players should kneel."

Bill O'Brien: "Yo Kaep!"

at least they won a world series.

this almost sounds like WNFF poll - If you were offered one of these two outcomes by Satan, which would you take:
1) the current state of affairs in DC life and sports; or
2) the Nats winning the World Series; a major hurricane that pushes a tidal surge up the Potomac flooding the sewage treatment works at Blue Plains, DCA, Old Town, and much of the DC riverfront only to be followed by a later inundation due to the rain upstream; Kirk Cousins and defensive linemen / LBs worth 25+ sacks injured; no hope for the Wizards; and some random chemical plant explosions in the suburbs plus other assorted industrial sites wafting hazardous chemicals in the air.

I'm guessing #2 will get some votes.

Take out the last clause and #2 is a no-brainer for me.  The Deadskins can move to Winnipeg for all I care, the Caps are perpetual chokers anyhow, and the Wizards are never getting a title in the era of Lebron/Popovich/Curry.  A massive flood of DC would be kind of fun if it freaks with the whole federal government morass.

"Mr. Kraft, why didn't you try to sign Mr. Kaepernick to the Patriots? Was is racism? Bigotry?"

Kraft: holds up picture of Tom Brady

"Case dismissed."
