I have no idea what they are talking about. Made the mistake of turning the sound up. And what is OWGR that they show below the player?

Official World Golf Ranking
Thanks. Couldn't they just say world ranking?  Having worked for the Feds I love my acronyms but that doesn't seem a common one.

It's probably the Official World Golf Ranking brought to you by Hyatt, the partner hotel of the PGA.

Wonder if a caddy ever sez, "Damn Ricky.   That was pretty bad."

Have to get up early tomorrow. Otherwise I would just transition to that from the Nats game.

I have a 9-ish tee time locally.    I'm thinkin' about an all nighter.     Reality sez I might make 6 innings.    :)

I made it to the fifith inning on tv and sixth on the radio last night. Watched the condensed game on MLB TV today. Takes like 15 minutes. And no announcers.

And so it begins.  O'Meara slices his opening tee shot into the junk.

Poor Mark.  Had to hit a provisional, now lying 3 in a pot bunker.

The English fans trying to tough it out like they did world war 2.

I like Terry Gannon. Good announcer and especially for an ex jock. Bet he would do a good job on baseball games.

Not sure why but I'm always amazed/bemused by the fact he was on the NC State '83 team.

Was a decent player.

Looked it up and he does figure skating and rugby in addition to golf. Did basketball when he was with ESPN.

Ok.

Today's my first extended look at the Open.    So I googled the Open coverage to find that NBC has been pushin' the Bones story for a few days.   Watchin' the coverage was my first knowledge of it.      Guess I gotta read more fake news.    :)
