Am I missing the point of the "Pirates @" instead of "Nations vs." GDTs?

Feel like an idiot. For good luck because of last nights GDT?

Gametime Forecast: 86°F

That ain't happenin' it's a balmy 74 in Western Oakton already.

Going to be a big crowd tonight, I'm thinking sellout.  Yesterday nearly 37k, and I was looking at prices for tonight and they were high indicating strong demand.

Storm is a slow mover. Thinking this one be a late start (830+) or cancelled today. I'm just wanting to get home!

Hope the game ends before the last pumpkin train pulls out.    Otherwise, we'll be playin' in a half empty stadium.

We're getting steady rain now, just enought that if at the Park the game would be halted.  We're also getting some lightning and some LONG peals of thunder.

Won't most of the fans be driving back to western PA. Or Richmond?

Raining cats and dogs. And maybe other animals down here south of the city.

One of the young men I talked to was 2 generations removed from W. PA.    He probably visits Grandma and Grandpa during the holidays.     Some of the older characters I talked to   ...  yep you could pick it out.

I don't recall people from other areas doing that around here. My son still makes fun of the way I pronounce water.

I have a friend who grew up in Norfolk and later moved to New York. I asked him how he picked up the NY accent and he said he grew up with it. Lived in an Italian neighborhood in Norfolk and many of the families came from NYC.

My son used to shake his head when I'd say, "shut the lights".

I'm waiting to commit to a presidential candidate until I can fully evaluate their plans for getting our country back on track with respect to proper punctuation.  The erosion in decent standards over the last 30 years has been stunning.

Twitter, textin' and such have created this erosion.
