And how was he doing as a closer - awesome - the team screwed up his mind again ....

F that noise. The team protected itself from him doing exactly what he is doing now, again. He got his chances. Dude doesn't have the stones to pitch high pressure situations and can't be a team player. I said we didn't need Papelbon, but I'm glad we got a guy who has cojones and not a delicate flower who can't pitch. Get rid of him.

And his helicopter parents will be out patrolling the Nats fanbase to make sure they don't bad mouth their boy.

Bryce, you suck.  You've gone 0 for 8 in the two biggest games of the season.

I mean how many times are they going to lose the game because of bullpen meltdowns? It has gotten way out of hand. They have probably lost at least 6-7 games in the second half due to this bullcrap.
25 games

Or maybe Drew Storen shouldn't be a huge, ego driven, sissy... just a thought.

Agree. He was gonna blow up regardless of what role he was in. He is brutal. Just awful.

I want what you are drinking!

Nothing yet. I just can't stand that I have invested so much time and money into a team to have it thrown away by that one player time and again. I hate him. My wife hates him. He is the worst player in franchise history and has no business being in this organization anymore after all the misery he has caused.

You have a closer with a poor relationship with the team - being tossed aside 2 times now - both when he had done well in the regular season - what is to say not getting papalbun (sp) and getting a few good relievers would have done - they destroyed storen - living off anger his first few 8th innings could not hold him up more then those games

I am not defending storen - but the team screwed up his head big time

He sucks as a closer in pressure situations, which is why he can't be trusted to handle them. Period.

These are two choking dog teams.  The NL East champ should not be allowed in the playoffs.

Exactly. You can't be a closer if you can't handle pressure.
