Germany was like a built in farm team with all the military guys there.

The Cold War addressed one of our "problems".    :)

I'm a little bit surprised Andy Najar hasn't gotten a US passport by now.  I guess that would be a major tax liability compared with Honduras when playing in a European league (the IRS is responsible for an unprecedented number of American expats renouncing US citizenship in recent years).

That ship has sailed. He's committed to Honduras now.  He would really help us.

Wales advances to the Euro Cup quarter finals on a MAT-esque play by Northern Ireland, who kick a goal into their own net.

France v Ireland.    You'd think France is the home team.   :)

Liam Gallagher will probably choke on beans and toast when he gets home from the pub tonight, and then it will snow all over the UK tomorrow.
