If I could have I would have wagered $1000 I would have on Desmond striking out. All we F'n needed was a lazy fly. But nope. Desmond trying to be a damn hero and smash the ball 600 feet.

He needs to go. Just F'n clueless behind the plate.

Same garbage with this Nats team. Errors from Desmond. Can't bring in guys. Bases loaded with 1 out and we can't get a run. Are you kidding?? Bullpen blowing leads. Every year it's the same garbage from this team.

how many times did we see that exact same at bat in the playoffs last year. Ian plays his game, regardless of the situation, which is to hack. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. His lack of situational hitting is his biggest problem.

Oh well, Zimm will walk-off with a HR in the 10th.
