Do the FS1 sports announcers seriously think a Gonzalez vs Vogelsong matchup favors the Nationals? I wish I had that much faith in Gio!
Yes the Giants have too many strictly lefty regulars. It really favors us.

Why is Schierholtz the #1 pinch-hitter instead of Ryan Z?

They might burn him and go with Z-man.

I would no longer go with Drew...  :stir:

edit: to explain, i didn't read any of the discussion about this from game 2, but i think Drew shouldn't be put in in unfamiliar situations. he has little experience coming in with inherited runners, and also little experience pitching with a 4-run lead. let him pitch how he's used to! it's that simple

You sure it's gonna be Strasburg? If there is a game 5, you can use JZimm on regular rest.

i think the problem in games 1 & 2 were the red jerseys, stick with white at home from now on.

if the redskins win i think just about everyone is done with the survival pool.
The WNFF Flush/Survivor contest would be down to natsinpwc vs sportsfan882, if the Redskins beat Seattle tonight. They both survived, taking Pittsburgh and Denver, respectively.

You don't want to use Storen three nights in a row, so I'd sit him, or score 8 runs tomorrow.
