The Nats finally fixed my issue with not being able to add partners. It just happened this past week.

My understanding is that the system was set up not to allow SPH to add more than eight partners per full season account, not plan. They got a lot of pushback from people who have several full season plans (I have three) and they adjusted. It took them a while but at least they did it.

Got this email today:

As we continually strive to enhance the benefits offered to our dedicated Season Plan Holders, we are pleased to announce a new feature of the Red Carpet Rewards Program. Beginning today, we will be instituting a new point earning opportunity that should afford all Season Plan Holders more chances to redeem for exclusive merchandise, experiences, concert tickets and more!

On the homepage of your online Access account, you will see a new "Code Redemption" widget. Beginning June 3, 2016, all radio game broadcasts on WJFK (106.7 FM) will feature a "Red Carpet Code" read by Dave Jageler or Charlie Slowes. If that Red Carpet Code is entered into the "Code Redemption Widget" within 24 hours of the game being broadcast, you will earn 20 Red Carpet Rewards Points. In addition to radio broadcasts, codes may be found on TV broadcasts, scoreboard messages, and within emails in the future. In addition to this change, we are doubling the amount of points earned for attending a game here at Nationals Park - the full details of those attendance rules can be found at nationals.com/RCR.

To help kick off this new feature, we have provided you with your first "Red Carpet Code." Please log into your account today and enter the code THANKYOU within 24 hours of receiving this email in order to receive 100 Red Carpet Rewards Points. Don't forget to check the Red Carpet Rewards page within your account regularly to redeem for exclusive merchandise, experience, concert tickets and more!

Everyone post codes here as you come across them (or Mods if you think this should get its own thread, please split it out!)

A Nats cap autographed by Gio is currently bid 1,900 points.     :?

I'll take them if you don't want them! I made the mistake of sharing the base points with one of my season plan partners, and now I won't be able to get a suite :(

I hope to be able to get a few tickets to another game with mine, but the glory days of getting 50% more games at the same quality as your existing seats are long gone.

I sat in Club watching Strasmus on those RCR points, can't even buy a pair now for my points (could buy 4 games then).

Ask the Nats.  At one time the RCR dividend was worth an additional 50% value, now perhaps 10%.

The base RCR points for our seats in the 300s is worth 25% of plan value: equivalent of one "free" (HA!) ticket for every 4 in the plan.  With the attendance bonuses and other ways they throw points at you I figure that gets bumped to 35-40% additional games on top of the plan price if you just trade them all in.  It's better than nothing, but I'd rather just have a cheaper STH plan.  We're paying for the "extras" up front anyway.

RCR points are like the Zimbabwe dollar.  By tomorrow it will take 100,000,000 points to get a Number 58 air freshener in the team store.

...so a better name for RCR would be perhaps 'Pink Bath Mat Rewards'?

Reminder that you have until the end of this month to cash in RCR points for games. After that you can cash them for merchandise, etc.

When do the cards typically arrive for the upcoming season?

Last year they came like a week before opening day, maybe less. I remember people stressing because it felt like the Nats were cutting it really close. They load the games to your account sooner than that, so you can always print tickets to get in if your card is slow.

Anyone remember when the ticket exchange usually opens? Seems I remember them cutting that kinda close, too.

Email from my rep last month said mid-March. Access site is down now for maintenance, so they must be loading the new season info

Season Ticket Exchange: www.nationals.com/exchange (Mid-March)

The issue is that I think you need the cards to set up and account to manage Tickets as this is my first year with a plan. Is this correct?

Nope, you can manage the tickets before your card arrives. Your email address should be linked to your MLB account (you may need your rep to help with this) and you just log into the portal with your email address and print tickets, send them to stubhub, or assign them to your partners.

I'm still waiting for them to say whether the ticket sales (from my Nats full-STH account) via StubHub will continue in the coming season - with my medical issues I've a lot of evening-match tickets to move.

It should work the same for SH resales.

Mine too. But the SH resales functionality is not up and running yet, it seems. I suspect the Access site will go live any day now and then we're off and running for distributing tickets.

Still no access to Access....
Are SPH gonna get anything in the mail this year or have they given up on that part of the experience as well???
