Anyone else still not have their ecash and RCR?

I had to ask for my RCR points to be loaded. As for e-cash, you have to load money on there, which I did and it worked just fine. It's not like previous years where you got some from the Nats to start.

I got some via email yesterday from my season ticket guy. When I looked on the iPhone some of them had only one ticket showing instead of two but when I went to the laptop they were both showing.

Have partners gotten their new cards yet?  If they don't come on time, will people's old red ones still work?    My partners are getting restless, and I can't say I blame them!

Nobody I know has gotten partner cards yet. It's two days before the first game at the park so I don't blame anyone for getting restless. Don't know about the old cards working but they might given that they used the same numbers for the new cards. But I wouldn't bet on it.

You guys are lucky; I don't think our season ticket guy even knows he can get cards for others in the group.

I requested a ticket exchange to pick up a new game for that rainout last September about ten days ago, and I have yet to hear anything. Is this typical of anyone else's experience so far this year?

They are completely crushed right now.  they are saying at least 5 days for exchanges for SPH.  The second game of the year is always the most popular to trade out of due to weather concerns.  I'm guessing that unless you asked for tickets to 4/8 or 4/9, you will not hear until after the homestand.

I traded a couple of games about two weeks ago and I heard back within two business days. The exchange system should be automated like the RCR points, which are instantaneous when you cash them in for games.

You need to dump that guy. Having a card is a huge benefit. Shorter lines, e-cash back, discounts on merchandise, special offers, etc....

He doesn't have to "do" anything, adding members to the group is all that is needed.

He does everything outside the system and just emails us the tickets--guess he is afraid we will mess things up.  My last year anyways.

Emailing vs. sharing is about the same amount of work. The problems occur when technically challenged people have to figure out how to navigate the portal. But once they learn, it's all good. They get a lot more benefits, like cashing in RCR points, exchanging tickets, using the cards, etc.

One of the reasons I've been able to keep one group together since Day 1 and another for five years is I share all the benefits.

I had to remind him about the red carpet rewards this year; he initially said it went away cause he had no notification.  He seems too focused on his job or home life or both.  Misplaced priorities

Managing a group takes time and you have to have fun with it. If you belong in a group that's not well managed, it won't be a good experience. I think that's why I manage my own groups(s). I don't want to be at the mercy of someone else.

On the flip side, for the first time I kicked a guy out of one of my groups last year just because he wasn't responsive. Paid laid, never read his emails, never showed up on time for drafts....I told him he was "too busy" to belong in our group.

When you distribute tickets to a partner, you get a little "confirm" notice, and the system generates an email to the partner saying they received seats.  I've had a few partners tell me that they do not see the distributed seats in their accounts when they access their account.  This has been an issue.  However, I just got an email from a partner who said that when he went into his "email tickets" tab, he saw he could distribute via email the four tickets I had sent him.  He said there is no button or anything that says "you have four tickets to the game on x date" otherwise.

Anyone who is a partner - is this how the system works?  you'll only see your inventory in the "email tickets" section?  Has anyone used cards for tickets distributed by an account holder a partner, and has it worked?

Two partner issues.

One partner had his black Nats Plus cards rejected at the main entrance opening day. They went around to the home plate entrance and the cards worked.     Anybody else have card problems?

Another partner complained that he got the little box (like the group leads got) indicating a USB enclosed but there was none inside, just the Nats Plus cards. Could any partners weigh in on whether or not you got the USB drive?

I'm a partner.  I received an e-mail with my partner code and partner secret code a few days ago.  OK.  I log in to the portal and see nowhere to input these codes.  Any advice?
