NO!  You use other data points to make the decision.  What's the score?  Who's the opponent?

If we were leading 5-0, I would have had no problem sending him out there again or against a lesser opponent.  This was not the right time to do it.
Why? Treinen made good pitches. He didn't give up a single hard hit ball. Good pitches that most of the time result in outs.
