I don't see why they're nagging about it though. It's adding hits to their own players.
It's the Cardinals way. They don't want any unjust players winning gold gloves.

The Cardinals' color announcer got so salty he had to leave the booth for a few seconds to cool down. #notjoking

I don't see the rain slowing down until maybe after 11 PM.

Cardinals vs Braves is "play the game the right way" sanctimonious overload....

too much smug arrogance for one stadium to hold.

It's the equivalent of a stadium having to house BiL for one inning.  :stir:

Shelby Miller is a nag unreal. He got knocked out of the game vs the Braves and literally looked like death sitting in the dugout. Towel over his head and looked like he had just given up 10 runs and his mom died.

Score after 6 innings: Cardinals 4, Braves 2.

Too bad the rain didn't hold off for another inning so we could secure first place in the division.

freak that. We were 1 inning away from beating Greinke. If this game is washed out we will get swept.

Looks like the heaviest rain will be out of the area in another hour or so.

Yep, probably around 11:00. Guess they'll wait it out at this point.

40k BiLs.

surprised that the Cardinals Announcer didn't call for the Cards pitcher to put one in his ear the next time he comes up.

cause hitting someone on purpose, getting ejected, and giving the other team a baserunner is "playing the game the right way."

Chase Hughes tweets that there are more stadium employees left than fans, everyone left after the Wizards game ended.

How does "pitcher of record" work for the starter, if due to a rain delay, he can't continue and he's in the lead (before the official game benchmark is met)?
