This. Errors or not, this is not the Nats team that any of us envisioned would be playing just 16 games into the season. Look at the starting lineups the past few games: McLouth, Leon, Espinosa, Frandsen, Lobaton, Moore. That is a .500 team type of lineup which unfortunately is what you are when so many of your bench players are forced into a starting role.
Unfortunately the standings don't give a crap about that.
1st M Holliday doubled to left, M Carpenter scored, K Wong to third. 1 01st M Adams grounded out to second, K Wong scored, M Holliday to third. 2 01st Y Molina singled to left, M Holliday scored.4th A Wainwright grounded into fielder's choice to shortstop, J Peralta scored, J Jay safe at second on error by second baseman D Espinosa.6th M Holliday singled to left, J Jay scored, A Wainwright to third, M Carpenter to second. 5 06th M Adams singled to center, A Wainwright and M Carpenter scored, M Holliday to third. 77th K Wong singled to center, J Jay scored, A Wainwright to third, M Carpenter to second. You can be optimistic, but I'm being realistic - this team stinks. The Braves have a number of key injuries and that's not hurting them. Injuries are a part of the game and you have to be prepared for them. Whether you lose with your starters or your bench players, it's still a loss.
lmfao
And Ramos is a great game caller who got into a great rhythm with the staff in the second half of last year. Leon and Lobaton don't have that rapport.
