Until it isn't. We owned the Braves for years, and the Marlins owned us. Things change.
Keep telling yourself that.

We'll likely be three or four games out by the time we face the Braves. After, probably six. But we'll blame injuries.

Why can't we be happy for one day? Just one! We're in first place in June!

Some people simply refuse to be happy. It's as if they're only happy when they're unhappy.

So we should be miserable? Uh, no.

How about seeing the next series with them as an opportunity to turn that around?

Braves are bad because their everyday regulars are garbage. Nats were bad because their everyday regulars were injured.

Nats are health(ier) now - no more excuses.

Nats played toe to toe or better with the braves for years, even when we were TURRIBLE -  Just go back to doing that - It's not like it's hard

so yeah -freak the braves

That is all

Amazing stat - Nats are 4th in the MLB in run differential (+38).  We trail only Oakland (an incredible +128), San Fran (+65), and Toronto (+43).

Nats have a big opportunity to put a dent in San Fran's run differential and maybe get to second in baseball for this.

Expect a good game tonight; can stay up late since I work at home tomorrow.  Think we can take 3 of 4.

Not sure how the rest of the week will work out--maybe some naps at lunch time to help me through the lack of nightime sleep.

Looking forward to going to tomorrow night's game. If anyone's been to AT&T Park before and has any advice, I'd be happy to hear it. We're in Section 102 along the right field line by the Nats bullpen.

So awesome, looks like such a beautiful ball park.  I've never been but I've seen people post about their garlic fries and they sound AMAZING so if you get them let me know if they're as good as everyone says!

The irony is palpable. That's worse than doctors constantly writing out prescriptions in what can only be reasonably described as Martian hieroglyphs.

I haven't seen a hand written prescription in at least 10 years. Most pharmacies won't accept them anymore, too big of a liability.

If I was a pharmacist, I would be thrilled. Personally I still haven't seen a non-handwritten one. I've had one or two called in though. I'm surprised that's not more common around me, actually.

What's a prescription?    Bo on the corner can fix you up.
