High k hitters seem to be extremely streaky, I'd expect Braves hitting to got from hot to cold and back all season

Braves just went 0-6 and we couldn't move ahead of them.

That would have been nice, but we did gain some ground on them after being a few games back at least. Things may turn with Ramos and Fister coming back this week.

They couldn't even beat the Phillies' 6th starter today with a chance to move to 1st place.

And now they get to face the Dodgers and A's. They will be lucky to win 2 games this week.

The Braves have lost six straight, whilst we have been playing teams like the Astros, Padres, and Phillies in that span.

Yet, the Braves are STILL in first place. This team is HOPELESS.

We won't win more than 85 games this year. That's what this team is. Not enough consistency in the offense.

We've gained ground on them during that time. What had messed us up is those earlier losses to the Braves. Still, the team is going in the right direction. They are only going to improve with Ramos and Fister back this week.

Harper, Zimmerman, Ramos, Hairston (

) and Fister represent half the roster? That means the biggest problem is that the Nats are trying to compete with a 10 man roster.

The Barfs are just not that good. They were the least impressive 94 win team I've ever seen last year. And that's why they were one and done.

Is there anything exceptional about that team except their closer?

seriously. this Braves-bashing is full-on stupid, when they completely own us in every way, shape, and form, every time we play them.

Beat the freaking Braves, then talk.

until we beat the Braves on a regular basis, they are better than us. period.

I'll buy this. I think it's fair. But if you're looking at their team from a talent perspective, then they're just meh. Which is why their ownage of the Nats is even more frustrating.
