Oh I'm not giving up on Roark, I like him a bunch

I'd like to roll with either him or Taylor Jordan in the rotation next year. I'm slightly leaning towards Roark right now, but both should be on speed-dial if pitchers go down or something. Ohlendorf should definitely stick to relief, I wasn't impressed with Karns when he came up.

Carp wants to announce the Cards clinching the Central.

He's planning to pop the champagne in their clubhouse.

He brought ski goggles with him so he doesn't get champagne in his eyes.

The first strike and third strikes weren't even close. Pitiful.

Or to keep the skeet out of his eyeballs.

The Cardinals will always beat the Nationals because they always play smarter.  Every one of the Cardinals hits except one is a single.  That's winning baseball.

Even though this is likely the official end of our postseason chances, I'm having fun here tonight.  Most of it's at Bob's expense, but that's okay

If he loses John Jay, he'll have to deal with James Monroe.
