I don't know about griffen, but Allen seems to me like Vinny + cap knoweldge

I'm not right.  The dude's track record isn't very good on making GM type decisions (see Bay, Tampa), but I'm hedging my bet that surrounded by good talent evaluators he can make a more informed decision.  That is what I'm hoping for.  There are plenty of people in football that failed the first time around but given another chance elsewhere they have succeeded.

38% of the vote or 38% of the team?  they all might not have voted.  Don't see this in the article.  If things had turned out better he would have gotten like 90%.  38% is pretty underwhleming when one thinks of a QB who came back earlier than expected from a major knee surgery.

at max, he had 20 guys vote for him at the max--not that much and does not contradict any reports that some guys on the team resent him.  I thought Santana Moss comments during the season made it clear that he for one was not too happy with RG III.

Well, if things go like I hope they do, half the team will be gone next year anyway. Crazy how things can change so drastically in a year. Last December Santana Moss was on the sideline on the verge of crying thanking RGIII for carrying them to a division title, now he supposedly doesn't like the guy.

Then again, nobody on here has a clue as to who likes RG3 or not. Except Sally Jenkins of course.

Proof of this?  Moss' comments weren't clear to me.  I think it was more like leadership advice to the young QB.

The least amount it can be is 37.7%. There are only 53 players on the roster. If 20 voted for him, then the least it can be is 37.7%

I am blocked from viewing the video and didn't see any numbers in the print.  Did they say 20 guys voted for him?  Or 38%? if only 40 or some lower number voted you would have a lesser number at the same %.

anyway it's still not a majority which is strange given he was the major guy to come back from a big injury.
