Patriots will be back next year though and barring another disastrous year of injuries should be back in the AFC championship game. I see them and the Colts in the AFC and the 49ers and Packers in the NFC.

The game was over when Wes Welker walked on the field, and recalled that the Patriots don't want to pay anyone not named Brady.

Vince wilfork says hello...they don't pay everyone but they do pay who they want, they didn't want Welker though no doubt about that.

The Denver Broncos signed former New England Patriots cornerback Marquice Cole on Tuesday.  I'd bet he spent a lot of time talking to Peyton Manning.

Not converting points on that 4th down play is huge.

Yep, game over.  A 47-yard field goal is not that hard in the thin air of Denver.

Brady ran 13 yards to get the TD on his Darth Vader-remanufactured knee.

Is it a specific play?   I noticed it's not all the time.   Seriously.

At one time it signified an audible and/or instructions to snap immediately.  Manning used it to draw the defense offsides about six times last week.  So it got a lot of press, especially since Brady used to use it too.

Tim Tebo taught the Broncos cheerleaders to pray for a win

I think it's more a clock call  ...  "We're within 5 seconds of delay of game."
