Did you hear that he still pays clubhouse dues to the clubbie each year as well as calls the clubbies once a week.

I don't think Manning ever wanted to leave.

I heard that.

Davis said they prepared hard for Tom Brady.  :lmao:

If the colts lose Wayne for a significant amount of time they will struggle.

Peyton said during a few interviews this week that he didn't want to leave.

Colts may be better off without him. They had to move on at some point, and Luck was available- were they really going to sit him for three years?

In the end it worked out for both parties.

if Peyton can't go deep into the playoffs in the next couple of years, I think he gets solidified as the best regular season quarterback of all time

Reggie Wayne, Sam Bradford and Brian Cushing out for the season.

Merriweather will be suspended for hits to the head.

Doug Martin likely, too.

why should three knee injuries have any bearing on Merriweather (if the league gets their way, there will be a lot more blown ACLs since defenders will start going low)

This is an embarrassing effort by the Vikings.

how do you justify starting Freeman over Cassel?

Didn't Cassel win their only game thus far?

The way Freeman looked last night (and it was much more than just not having been there very long, most of his passes were dreadful) it's a horrible indictment on Ponder that they refused to go to him in relief when the game was still within reach. But the turning point of the game was the dropped pick six by the CB and on the very next play the same player fumbles the punt to hand the Giants the game.  :hysterical:

Browns considering benching Weeden. Where is Tribe Time to give us his expert analyses?

RG3 is not going to be as good as you think.  I'm glad you got him.  I wanted Trent Richardson on the Browns all along.  We didn't need another QB.  I was happy with McCoy. We got Weeden later - who might I add had very similar stats as RG3 AND beat RG3.

 :hysterical:

RG3 isn't going to be as good as everyone thinks he is.  He had worse collegiate stats than Colt McCoy whom everyone says has a weak arm and doesn't have accuracy (accuracy part is completely wrong), and his numbers were similar to that of Brandon Weeden.  He also lost to Weeden.  He's quite fast and is a leader, but I'm not seeing how this guy is going to be great.

Just think of JaMarcus Russell...

Much brighter future than the Skins.  RG3 is incredibly overrated.

And just as laughable.  :lmao:

So, basically, draft the opposite of what he says.

Can't wait until Alex Mack is a Redskins

Trent Richardson is proving to be incredibly overrated and the Browns are looking like geniuses for moving him for a 1st. Granted, it'll probably be a very late first, but they will have a lot of flexibility at the draft.

the browns are looking like idiots for drafting him in the first place. The took him third over all, had him for a year, and flipped him for a pick that will probably be in the 20s

Yeah no matter what he ends up being for the Colts they got what amounts to an average RB season plus a mid to late draft pick for the 3rd overall pick in the draft.

But better than cutting him four years later and getting nothing.  browns always have had troubles drafting   It will be interesting to see what they come up with next year.

It was a case of the new regime trying to get some value for a guy from the prior regime they didn't want.
