So good thing we aren't finishing with the best record. We would get swept by both the Cardinals and the Braves. Total ownage.

Absolute nightmare, folks.  Our 3rd starter has absolutely lost it.  The Braves look like they arent going to lose.  This is a nightmare DC sports scenario, we just seem to not be allowed to enjoy a truly successful season in any sport.  Braves will win the East and we'll lose in the wild card.  book it.  It's falling aprt.

Edwin can't get ANYONE out.  His outs have been a long sac fly, a DP by the pitcher, and a botched grounder.

freak YOU JACKSON

How the freak did he pitch a CG 2-hit shutout against the Cards earlier this year?

Jackson ERA up to 4.13 on the season. That's very mediocre. Not worth the $10 MM salary.

Davey said that 10-9 or whatever it was loss to Atlanta was the worst game he'd ever managed.  This one tops that...IMHO, of course...

How does this happen to a team that is fighting for a division title?  I thought we got Jackson for his big game ability?  Up in smoke.

This game is not on Davey though. He freaked up several times in that 10-9 game. Tonight's blame falls squarely on Edwin Jackson.

What the freak am I doing at home watching this "performance" on Friday night?  Lannan for the playoffs if this happens in Edwin's final start.

Do you think the Nats will win 3 of their next 5 games against the Cards and Phillies? That is what they have to do to win the division. The Braves aren't losing.

I've asked you before. So we don't win the division?
