Seems to be less of a game thread and turning into 101 reasons we hate Carpenter.

Questions:

A) Has Davey gotten the bullpen up yet?
B) Why the freak not?
At this point it really doesn't matter. I guess he just wants to make Edwin eat some innings to save the bullpen for the rest of the series. The game is out of reach regardless.

He may be hanging him out to dry.

Is the bullpen phone broken or is Davey conceding this game?

FP's exactly right.  Gotta stop the damage right here if you want any chance to get back in it.

Thank you Davey for finally getting the bullpen up!

Homer Bailey: 7 IP 0 H 0 ER 1 BB 8 K vs Pirates. No hitter alert

and Tim Hudson has thrown 6 scoreless IP vs the Mets. I'll eat my hat if the Mets score a run tonight. :lmao:

A team with 95 wins up and down?  With their run differential?
