I just (re)watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I really like this movie. A very eerie, drama, love story. I have always had a crush on Kate Winslet but her and Jim Carrey are great in this. I watched it for the first time about a year or so ago and it had the same impact on me this time. Definitely one of my favorites.

it looks like tuskegee airmen with worse acting and better special effects, probably because the minimized Cuba in the original

yeah.  back in the day he was in some okay stuff - and i really liked him in iron man - but he punk'd out. 

also he was the bad guy in big momma's house.  i couldn't root for him, i was cheering on big momma.

He didn't punk out in Iron Man. The directors replaced him with Don Cheadle because he's a bigger actor name.

I'm not a movie afficianado.  But didn't Lucas have a bit of success with some science fiction series - Star Warps or something like that?

When's the last time Lucas made a good movie? 80's?

All three Star Wars movies in early 2000's were bad. Indiana Jones was terrible. This looks bad (even though he's only producing it).

He became too reliant on FX and lost his ability to get good performancens out of his actors.

Just watched The Wackness. It was decent. I wasn't expecting anything great so it succeeded there. The girl in it is attractive. I freaking love the soundtrack. The movie's about a drug dealer kid who sells weed on the streets of '94 NYC. He starts to see a psychiatrist whom he sells weed too. He also begins to like his daughter. I don't mid it. I will watch again.
