I have no car. There's no way Metro gets from DCA to Navy Yard in 20 minutes ...

Take a cab, then.

Seriously, my last email yesterday at work was at 5:51 PM.  I was able to dump my tea leaves out of my strainer, log off email after checking the inbox, leave my office, go back when I remembered I need the red card to get into my seats, grab an elevator, walk from 12th and Penn to Archives, my one train, grab the next, get to the NJ Ave exit of Navy Yard, and cross M Street by 6:20 PM, if not before that.  I hit starbucks, grabbed a cold drink, walked to the park, got through the gate, and was up at the Loft by 6:30.

This nagging about Metro going to a ball game at rush hour is ridiculous. Coming home is a nag, but it is super easy to get there from the core metro stations, including the DCA / CC / Pentagram section of yellow.

If you had used a tea bag, you could have gotten there earlier.

Earl Grey has pansy-ass bergomot in it. I drink straight-up black Irish tea. The cheap, dark, African tea my forebears drank while English drank the good stuff from India.

I keep it real. It's the way I roll.

What's the best way to get to the park from, essentially, National Airport? Metro seems like a pain and over an hour. Walking is an hour and a half. Curious if anyone new about a water taxi or something.

Easy bike ride.

Water taxi from Old Town.

I drink straight-up black Irish tea.

It's better with some Jameson in it!

Milk

back in college one bar we frequented had a huge specialty shot list, we decided it was our goal to try each one before we graduated.  One of the first ones was tequila and milk.

I'm not sure i've ever had anything more disgusting, and I love tequila.

Anyone know will call hours?

Thanks

Will Call
Nationals Park offers a variety of methods for guests looking to pick up or leave tickets at Will Call.

On gamedays, beginning two hours prior to first pitch, the Northeast Corner Box Office on the corner of First St. & N St. is specifically set up for online and phone orders purchased through Tickets.com or nationals.com, front office and third-party Will Call.

Fans looking to drop off tickets for late arriving guests should fill out a Will Call envelope and leave the tickets at the Northeast Corner Box Office.  The Northeast Corner Box Office will remain open until after the third inning.

Nationals player, visiting player, coaches and umpire tickets can be found at the Club, Suites & Media Entrance Box Office located behind homeplate at the corner of Potomac Avenue and South Capitol Street.

After the third inning, all will call tickets will be moved to the Main Box Office at Centerfield Gate.  The Main Box Office will remain open until 30 minutes after the game for will call and advance ticket sales.

Guests looking to pick up will call tickets that were purchased online through nationals.com or Tickets.com can also use any of the ticket kiosks located around Nationals Park.

Patrons picking up will call tickets need to provide a valid photo ID and, if purchased online, the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

So I'm looking into season tickets again, haven't renewed since 2011. Looking to spend no more than 30 a seat a game. Any suggestions? I'm thinking section 312, for the price, is my first choice.

My season ticket connection is in 315  ...   great seats at $20 a pop (what he charges me).

...to tell you the truth, I don't even know what seats cost anymore....They seem to have taken that seating chart off the individual ticket sales portion of the website and make up ticket prices one game at a time.

Took me a while to find the pricing guide...my seats USED to be 30/seat/game - 20% price increase this year...OK I'm just whining and not answering your question. Old Chelsea sits up that way in the best seats in the house and from everything I've heard says that's a good choice.
