Ah, it was a force, not a tag.
  Going back to that play, Charlie and Dave say it was a tag play and that the ump blew the call.  The runner held on the base until the catch was made, then bluffed to draw a throw.  Since he didn't leave the base early, it was a tag play.

The replay showed it differently, I think. Then again, the replay may not have shown the entire thing, but he appeared to be off early, and casually.

Our pitching has been a joke since the end of the Cardinals series. Allowing almost two baserunners per inning since then.
