We shouldn't give up 2 runs in an entire game to Seattle.
Pathetic.
Livan pitched well against 2 good hitting teams, St. Louis and Arizona.
He got TORCHED by San Diego and has given up 2 runs in the 1st inning to Seattle, two of the WORST hitting teams in MLB.
THEOREM: 1. The good hitting teams do well against fireball pitchers, so a slow-thrower like Livan messes up their timing.
2. The poor hitting teams CANNOT hit against fireballers. But a slow thowing guy like Livan gives them a good, long look at the ball, so they can hit him.
