Damn if Bob wasn't "grinding out" the explanation.

And, just as an aside, I hate the expression "bang bang."

Whatever happened to "close play."

Any particular reason for that?

Personally, "bang bang" sounds like a good night at the club.

Bob, please talk about the quick inning AFTER the 3rd out has been recorded!

I wasn't disagreeing with you. It was just an observation.

Bixler is to you what any LAC advocate is to PANatsFan.

lol, fair enough.  i'd say kearns was one of my all-time least favorites.  mock, martin, martis, speigner, jackson (damian) ... there were a few others.

don't know why, but i don't like our chances tonight all of a sudden.
The upcoming inning, with the top of the order coming up for the second time, will be a good indicator of the rest of the night will go.

You don't know why?

You've been a Nats fan for how long?

I thought you loved Kearns.   Did you perhaps like him in the beginning or am I thinking of UMD?

Way to waste a base for an out.

Morons.

I had a couple of friends that would go to Euclid or Girard almost every night.

Do you think Desmond would've gotten on base?

Then Desmond shouldn't be batting second.

You want to be it ends the same way?  Or a GIDP, that would be different.

"That's not hitting."

Ray tellin' like it is.

This is what Morse looked like in the beginning of the year.

Obviously a personal matter

Yeah now that I think about it, something probably came up with him that was an emergency, and they're not talking about it out of respect for him.
