Lannan with a great game. No frigging run support.

Really disappointed in Werth and LaRoche today. Total non-factors.

I'm not convinced it's Eckstein. Some guys are not front-line hitters.

It's not Eckstein. He's just saying that because he thinks firing a guy is easy.

Walking Whiteside to load bases = worst move in freaking years

How freaking stupid. Unless you are Halladay or Lee, walking a guy to load the bases makes zero sense.

Our pitchers can't be expected to throw strikes

...and some guys, who should hit, look to be playing hurt. I'd guess LaRoche's shoulder hurts his swing as well as his throwing.

Werth isn't even remotely close to even living up to a fraction of his enormous contract.

He does not help us win. Produces only with bases empty. Doesn't take it upon himself to will the team to victories with clutch hits and big plays

Whose fault is it that we scored ONE run in the first two innings?  If not Eckstein then who?

This can't be judged as anything but failure. Yes, all loses aren't failure because you can't win every game but this game, those first two innings, are failure, complete and utter failure!

But no one will call this game a failure!  I think their failure doesn't eat them up as much as it does us fans.

freaking epic failure of a loss. We were hand gifted so many baserunners and did nothing.

You almost have to try to fail this bad on purpose. Unreal
