1) calm- just plain good taste a little spice
2) twitch- so hot your elbows, bottom of feet and hair all sweat(this is the preferred with alcohol)

My old eyes read :  "1) calm- just plain good taste a little old spice".    I thought "that would be interesting".    Oh well, I should have headed to Richmond earlier (LOL).   I'm out the door and will catch the rest of the game on 106.7.    Go Nats !!!

That play almost looked like that Geico caveman sliding commercial. He was way short of the bag.
