Tatusko finally with a gem: 6.2 IP 2 H 0 ER 3 BB 9 K (Win)

Mattheus struck out 4 in 1.1 IP and got the save. His ERA is down to 0.93. Would like to see him moved to Cuse. Has nasty stuff.

Danny Rosenbaum keeps on rolling in Potomac: 7 IP 3 H 0 R 3 BB 4 K. Lowers ERA to 2.15. A mid-season bump to AA would be nice.

And he had TJ surgery I believe. Good omen for Strasburg.

Destin Hood with a walk off single for the P-Nats tonight.  Justin Bloxom goes 0-2 with a walk and a K in his season debut.

That's most of the problem.   Last year he had 40 walks, this year so far, 1.

Three walks in the last two games.  Maybe he read what Goldstein wrote about him.

Thanks for the update, I've been watchin mlb network/games...

My boy Hood needed that, he's been struggling.

So jmu, did bloxy move to 3b, IIRC, he played corner OF

Stud from xavier.  Saw him pitch once, decent stuff, just knows how to pitch...not a thrower.

Looks like that is going to be the plan.  He played some OF last year for Hagerstown, but mostly 1B and DH.  There really isn't much playing time for him at either 1B or OF at this point (Souza, Perez, Ramirez, Hood), so it looks like he will play mostly DH and 3B, with some starts at 1B when Souza has a day off.  Definitely worth watching going forward.

A day after giving up 20 runs, Potomac strikes out 15 times in 9 innings while getting blanked yesterday.

No one in the lineup is hitting over .275.
