I also want to put in a plug for people who don't nag about anything other than other people nagging about something.
I like to to nag about people that nag about people that nag.
One example of where he's willing to step out on a limb with his commentary was last night, while the game was still tied, when he talked about how devastating it could be to the Nats to lose that game. Even though it was only game 4, because of the recent history of dominance that the Marlins have over the Nats, and the poor game that the Nats were coming off of against the Braves, he thought it was a crucial test for them. He did not back down from that comment, and try to minimize it, after the Nats blew the game.
Chief's going to be pissed at the competition.
he was a smoother sounding ray knight tonight, constant homerism.
homerism?
So you're saying some people here aren't happy unless they have something to nag about?
I'll be honest FP is so quiet and smooth compared to Dibble last year that I have trouble paying attention to him. I'll make a conscious effort to do so tonight so that we can settle this debate once and for all
I'd rather be caressed than slapped, wouldn't you?
gonats37 17 hours agoRob Dibble needs to check his information, or mis-information. Strasburg's dad did not, and has not ever emailed anyone in the Lerner family about Mr. Dibble, his comments after Stephen's injury, or anything else. So maybe Mr. Frazier needs to issue a retraction as well on his comments that Rob Dibble is one that tells the truth. Well in fact, Mr. Dibble just wants to be heard and just makes things up. And how do I know this. I am Stephen's Dad.
Who is the "Mr. Frazier" that gonats37 refers to?
watch the video
I think he is a bombastic, arrogant bore
I mean who goes around badmouthing their former employers.
Is that a trick question?
http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/04/07/rob-dibble-still-thinks-steven-strasburg-should-have-sucked-it-up/Here's more from Dibble:------------“And it had nothing to do with the game he got hurt in Philly. He had a sold-out game against the Braves, and the people I worked with at MASN were excellent, we followed his workout regimen — which was fantastic. His warm-up was fantastic. He didn’t do any of that the day that he basically walked away from that Braves start, which was sold-out. And all the money that the Nationals were making per start on Strasburg was well over seven figures. So to me, you know what kid, you’ve got to suck it up.”--------------------
