That's a tribute to Livan. He knew Sori would swing for the fences, so he slowed the pitch down too much for it to get out. To think, as part of the trade, we are actually PAYING $2 million of Livan's salary, so he can do this to us.

He just overly disappointed by below average play. I tried to restrain my Frank-bashing, but Armas didn't look like he was pitching batting practice, as much as it looked like he was pitching in the Home Run Derby before the All Star game...The TV announcer said "That's out" the moment the ball hit the bat on the last 3 homers. You hate to take him out so early, but it was so obvious he didn't have control.

That missed DP, Nick's 15th error of the year, looked like a blooper reel play. Throw wide to 2nd, then wide back to 1st; nobody out...
