5 straight "should wins" coming up.  Need to go 4-1 in this stretch.

For those going tonight: Capital Weather Gang has 60's tonight with 20% chance of rain (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/capitalweathergang/natcast/).

Bit odd to still be needing a wrap when attending a baseball match in late May (although The Best Seat In The House is rather exposed to the elements).

are we so down that we can't event start a proper gameday thread? Come on folks, if I had told you on April 4th that we would be 20-20 after our first 40, you would have been overjoyed!

We need to do to R.A. Dickey what we did to Charlie Haeger.

Put a chokehold on him? The Mets are going to get spanked! Slap him around!

Wright is out of tonight's lineup.

still won't move Desmond to #2?  Riggleman is getting all LaRusa on us.

That's not a bad lineup, other than I'd swap Pudge and Dessie. It's much better than we've had during this 5 game skid.

Guzman in May - .419 / .447 / .488

He's capable of hitting .400 for weeks at a time, and he's doing exactly that right now.  2nd is fine.

There's a few on here.  I know JMU has mentioned he wants desmond to stick in the end of the line-up so he can learn more ... but if he's helping us win games at two, i say keep him there.

But seriously, Desmond will see pitches to hit at 8, no one likes to walk the guy ahead of the pitcher.   Will help Desmond who is not all that patient yet (but not as bad in that area as Guz)
