I really hope the Royals have the worst record for two reasons:

1. They can finally fire Dayton Moore (or is that too much to expect?)
2. They get Anthony Rendon, and not the Orioles/Astros

Poor Anthony. :( He's really going to be stuck with a world of suck no matter who gets to the bottom of the pile.

Did I mention he shares his mailbox with me? He got another letter from the Rice Alumni Association today. Mighty fine calligraphy on the address-writing. He never did take the letter from them he got in December, and I am so tempted to open it it's not even funny. Maybe I should leave him a note, too.

You know who I'd like to see Wednesday night?  Derek Holland for the Rangers.  He had a rough year last year but was a highly regarded prospect going into the year.  He's done well in AAA this year.  I hope he has things figured out.  Pay attention to the Rangers.  They have a lot of good stories.

I am looking. I heard it from word of mouth but people were saying that it were true. I'll see if its fact or if I'm just gullible.

As of now the guy said he read it on blogs but hes looking for concrete posts.  (His original source was a tweet from some baseball reporter but its gone)

http://misterballz.blogspot.com/2010 ( the guy said this isnt a gay website. )

Maybe I WILL leave him a note. "Don't enter the draft. The Royals blow."

They should just play them in Toronto.  No one's gonna go to the games anyway.

Yeah, good point.  I was just thinking of an MLB stadium that made sense, but they could use any number of venues.

You're a prick, Selig. >:(

This reminds me of when the New York Giants got an extra home game in 2005. :hang:

I wouldn't - I prefer having a great defensive team.

I prefer having a good right fielder. None of this only good offense or only good defense guy. Lets get a guy whos all around.

It's like the Mariners and maybe the Red Sox went too far in their run prevention strategy. They went so far defense they can't score any runs.

The Mariners are a FAR worse offensive team than the Nats.  Boy are they awful.  Josh Wilson is providing a lot of their production, ffs! :spaz:

Yep, agreed.
