Don't you first have to pay $14.99 for the MLB at Bat app?

Still cheaper than 100 bucks for the season of MLB.TV, plus you get the radio games and the game of the week free. At least that's the best I can remember having a texting phone.

WHYYYYY must Desmond play RF? The kid is not a utility player... he's a SS. Just leave him there and either put him in AAA or cut Guzman and make him the starter.
It's vexing.  Wasn't throwing strength a weakness for Desmond?  RF is not a good position.

Showcasing Guzman in ST. Where the hell is Adam Kennedy? Is he actually playing today?

Seems like it's part of the plan to use him as a UT.  We'll see.  That still strikes me as a horrible idea considering how much work he still needs just at short.

The questions about his arm are due to throwing errors. He's apparently got a cannon though.

Strength?  Not a problem, he's just wild with the direction sometimes.  Arm is plenty strong enough.

No, Desmond has a very strong throwing arm.  Accuracy has been the problem with throws.

Three straight ground balls to start for S.S. The Tigers looked overmatched. He threw some balls but when he missed, he missed low.

Well, that's nice to know at least.

Nice and easy. Any pitches he got in the strike zone were weakly hit.

If he throws strikes... it looks like he'll be deadly.

I'll take a circa 10 pitch inning every single time.
