John Lannan's parents

This game feels all too familiar. We aren't scoring nearly enough runs. It will likely end in disheartening fashion.

Do Lannan's parents attend every one of his starts?

And yet you never took me up on my bet.  Did the odds fairies warn you?

not all of them but a lot of them it seems. Great bunch of people.

They are from NY so it's convenient for them to come down to D.C. or other places on the East Coast to watch him pitch.

Gotta give props to Dunn.  I bash his defense (especially at 1B) and that was a great play.

What bet? I never saw it.

Pedro pwning our offense. I've seen this game 100 times already. Hope this one ends differently.  :|

I was going to rush home from my class which ends at 7:10 to see him but now that Guzman and Orr are manning the middle infield I will take my time. :spaz:

What class is that?

this isn't 2000, dibbs. :bang:

can't believe he advocated having a rotation with Pedro and Livan in it for 2010.

Why?  He's been much less of a liability than he was in LF, and he's made quite a few very nice plays, not to mention he makes a big target for Zimm.

I was saying he was lousy at 1B earlier this year when people were saying that we can just plug Dunn in at 1B.  I crucified him at times comparing his 1B to a dumpster fire.

Relax Chief, I was admitting I was wrong.

I had a ticket to today's game but I couldn't go because I had a class until 7.

damn. Nationals luck(which only comes into play when My Guys do something bad) :bang:

only a good throw from Victorino would have had him out(Because it was Nieves and not Bard). He had to make a good play(but only because it was Nieves)
7 times out of 10 that throw sails wide or too far (because it was my Boy Nieves running and not Bard.)

it led the catcher right down the third baseline which made it even more convenient[cause it was Nieves and not Bard) for the catcher.  (I got tons of excuses for Nieves, don't freak with me.)

call me the repair man. I'm fixing everything.

b/c it was over the plate.  lannan has pitched a solid game though, but he's made two big mistakes.

settle down, get out of this inning and let's get some runs.
