ronny likes everyone. he'd rather see the phillies hit multiple homeruns than the nats win because he likes the game more than the team.

That part is true.

I'm not a "baseball guy" (detail wise) but Lannan just doesn't seem like he's the one.    Has he been over rated in the past or is he just hittin' a bad spell ?

Terrible decision by Riggleman.  We're unlikely to outscore them by 3 runs from this point in the game so, unless Lannan is injured, make him get this third out.  It's not like his pitch count is particularly high.   >:(

What an embarrassing meltdown.

He can't pitch against the Phillies. They own his soul. He will never beat them for all of eternity. Never.

wasn't he something like 0-6 with a 5+ ERA vs Philly

This is where I would just peg Rollins.

The Phillie hitters are far too comfortable at the plate. Taking swings like it's freaking batting practice.

Feels like a game against the Marlins. The Phillies know they are the superior team and that they will beat us every single time in one way or another.

He's a solid soft-tosser, but if he isn't locating his crap, he'll give up A LOT of homers.

A man on, Victorino on deck, and you'd bean him to put him on?

If the point of the double switch was to get a better bat than either Lannan or Clippard in the lineup, why did Riggleman use Alberto Gonzalez?

Wow. Dibble and Carpenter grilling AlGo and Riggleman.

I agree with them. Morse and Desmond should play. This is bullcrap. All of the other horsecrap teams like us are playing their young guys while we continue to play bums like Orr and Guzman.

and you read from an excuse-book every single game when one of "your boys" plays like crap, because you like certain players more than the team.

I think that makes you two even.

woeful ABs by Nieves and AlGo.

sickening. This is going to be a brutal last month of baseball, especially considering Riggleman is hell bent on playing the veterans and guys who have played all season.

He hates playing young guys.

Alberto Gonzalez is like crack cocaine to Jim Riggleman. He just can't stop himself.
