I am hoping that, as Game 3 of the 2008 season sent us into a tailspin, this will send us into a whatever the opposite of a tailspin is. Maybe we'll win every game Daniel Cabrera doesn't start for two weeks - that would be nice...

EDIT: houston-nat requests we win every game Cabrera doesn't start for the next two weeks

we need to go in and sweep a terrible Arizona team this weekend or at the least take 2 of 3. we don't face Haren (or Webb) so there is no excuse not to.

if I wake up to read that the Nationals lost, then I better read that Manny got fired, St. Claire got fired, the entire bullpen was replaced, Stan signed on with Barnum & Bailey, and the Lerners committed ritual suicide with Katanas.
