Now that would be hilarious, though I'd go for Hammond, myself.

Anyone watch Ax Men?  I started watching it now just to watch Shelby.  What a crazy SOB, he should have his own show

wait, V is back?

You missed like 6 episodes. It's still not as good as the original, but it's entertaining.

1st season was good, so far the second season (i just watched the 5th episode) has been fantastic.

PA yeah i've heard about the original ... i'm curious to how different it is from the recreation.  Lisa is top 10 hottest chicks on the planet (or from another one) 8)

so i'm finally catching up on missed Top Gear's (UK).  Season 15 episode 1 is absolutely fantastic.  They invite a bunch of celebrities to try out their new "reasonably priced car" and instead of getting george clooney and angelina jolie, they get a bunch of "C" list Brits including one who hits on Richard.  They entertain them with overcooked sausages, a few field games, a drum set, and a moon bounce.  Then, Jeremie takes a 3 wheel Reliant Robin for a spin (and discovers the laws of gravity/weight balance).  Oh, and James drives into a volcano.

Great stuff:

I vote for Stephen Fry.

I just watched "Gosford Park," and Stephen Fry can definitely play a moronic character well. He'd bring a weird dynamic though.

He's completely moronic half the time on Fry and Laurie. I also vote Rimmer from Red Dwarf.

LOVE Bourdain. The most moving episode I've seen is the first Lebanon one, when they got trapped in the war... that said, I think my favorite is probably the one where he goes shooting with Ted Nugent.

:lmao: Ted Nugent.  There's an NPC in WoW that patrols Durotar named "Tednug."  He's accompanied by a combat pet named "Scratchfever"

yeah, I read his book a few years ago - it's a good prerequisite for his show.  I read a new edition though, at the end he notes that since he first wrote the book we are now in the age of the "celebrity chef" and that being a chef is now a respected profession, so ignore everything he wrote. :)

the Haiti episode is absolutely amazing, i'll be shocked if it doesn't win an Emmy this year.  I don't want to give it away, but the scenes where he is eating at a local food stand and he finds out why everyone is staring at him, and the scenes with Sean Penn are stunningly powerful.

I watched that and it was.  The reasons why they don't want to be on camera...wow.  That has to be a country full of bitter, hardened people and rightfully so.  I can't imagine what it must to be like to live there and I've been there and I know people who go there often.  I need to get back...

I've been watching To Catch a Predator on Youtube. It's actually quite entertaining.
