so..you think Steam is better than Raptr?
or is it practical to run both at the same time?
I don't really know much about Steam as a community platform, I just use it as a glorified backup/download service for older games, and occasional "game of the year" edition purchase for games I didn't play in their heyday.
It's supposed to be pretty good though, from what I hear. You can access the community and your friends from inside of any game you get via Steam, the interface has a keycombo and just pops up overlays on top of the game. There's matchmaking for multiplayer and stuff too, though again I'm not familiar with exactly how it all works on a game-by-game basis.
I haven't even set up my public profile, but if you guys get on their just PM me your community names and I'll friend you.
